How does the planning process work?
Each journey begins with a private consultation personally led by founder Felippe.
From there, our expedition team designs a fully bespoke proposal — including route planning, ocean forecasting strategy, accommodation, safety logistics, and on-site coordination.

Private expeditions generally begin at €150,000+ depending on scope, assets, and duration.

A 50% deposit secures planning resources, time-sensitive reservations, and expedition logistics. The remaining balance is typically due 90 days prior to departure.
Due to the limited number of projects undertaken annually, deposits are partially non-refundable once planning and partner commitments begin.
